Warranty

OrbiWise warrants the included hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase. OrbiWise does not warrant the included hardware product against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by accident or abuse. The warranty is restricted to the original country of sale. To obtain service, contact OrbiWise at helpdesk@orbiwise.com, specifying the serial number of the device that the service request refers to. If you submit a valid claim under this warranty, OrbiWise will either repair, replace, or refund your Sampols’ device at its own discretion. You may be required to furnish proof of purchase details when making a claim under this warranty.
